SHIPPING POLICY
Orders with destinations in the USA ship free.
Orders are shipped from Southern California in the USA via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Items are shipped within 1-5 business days of placing an order.
For shipments within the USA, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for your order to arrive.
For shipping outside of the USA, expect international delivery times, which vary greatly.
Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs, fees that their country may require upon pick up.

GIFT ORDERS
ANINI Designs products make wonderful, creative gifts. When placing a Gift Order,
mention it in the NOTES upon purchase. A receipt will not be included in gift orders.
I'm happy to include a hand-written notecard in any order.
Be sure to write what you'd like to have hand-written EXACTLY in the NOTES field upon purchase.

Due to the nature of Natural Dyes, Mordants, Custom Orders, and Sale Items,
these are Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable.
If you ordered an item other than those listed above & need to CANCEL, please CONTACT me
and make a request within 4 hours of purchase, or before the order has been shipped.
If you would like to RETURN an item not listed above,
please CONTACT ANINI Designs as soon as possible, and within 5 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be approved and shipped to ANINI within 2 weeks of delivery
in original, unused condition.
Customers will receive a refund for the price of goods and taxes only,
dependent on the condition of the item. Original shipping costs will be deducted.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the order is not returned in original, unused condition, Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
